SHIPPING & POLICY

A little guidance on shipping, processing, returns, and caring for your order as it makes its way to you.

Shipping

We carefully prepare each piece before it leaves our hut. Shipping is available to customers in the United States and selected destinations.

Processing Time

Most ready-to-ship pieces are prepared within 2–5 business days.

Handcrafted and made-to-order pieces may require additional time. The estimated crafting time will be noted on the individual product page whenever applicable.

Delivery

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information when available. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier, weather, holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control.

Customs & Duties

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or other local fees may apply depending on your country or region. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delays, Exceptions & Lost Packages

If your shipment is delayed, shows abnormal tracking updates, or appears to be lost, please contact our customer support team promptly.

We will help communicate with the logistics carrier and make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue. While some delays may be caused by customs or local delivery services, we will do our best to support you throughout the process.

Returns & Exchanges

Because many of our pieces are handmade, carefully selected, or made to order, we kindly ask that you contact us before placing an order if you have any questions about size, material, color, craftsmanship, or other details.

If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order information and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Damaged Items

We carefully inspect and package each piece before shipment. If your package arrives damaged, please keep the original packaging and contact us promptly so we can help document the issue with the carrier.

Handmade & Natural Variations

Many pieces in our hut are handmade or made from natural materials. Small variations in color, texture, shape, marks, and finish are part of their character and should not be considered defects.
